Early Life & Education

Rajesh Pandey was born on 9 September 1979 in Barhora village of Nalanda district, Bihar, into a modest family. His upbringing instilled in him the values of discipline, perseverance, and service to society.

He received his early education in Imphal, Manipur, after which he completed his schooling from Sheikhpura and his intermediate education from Silao. His academic journey continued with higher education where he pursued Honours in English from Vinayak Mission University, Salem, along with an MBA degree.

In 1998, he completed a Lab Technician course from Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi, which marked an important step in his professional journey in the healthcare sector.

Soon after, in 1999, he began his professional career at Arya Pathology Lab in Hazaribagh (then in Bihar, now in Jharkhand). This early experience in the healthcare field inspired him to work toward improving healthcare education and training opportunities, particularly for young people from rural areas.

His educational background and professional experiences later guided him toward establishing several institutions dedicated to skill development, healthcare education, and professional training.
